• Manage patients requiring advanced respiratory support including BiPAP and AIRVO high-flow oxygen therapy.
• Safely titrate and monitor Cardene (Nicardipine) drips for blood pressure control in post-stroke, post-neurosurgical, and cardiac patients.
• Deliver comprehensive tracheostomy care including suctioning, emergency airway management, and patient/family education.
• Perform advanced wound care and dressing changes for surgical incisions, pressure injuries, and complex wounds.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate timely escalation of care to the ICU when clinically indicated.
