Novartis:

• Tracking the project as per the task defined in the project plan with the specified timeline.
• Daily Status calls with Development Team, document the action items and track it for closure. Help the team to resolve any impediments.
• Prepare and facilitate steering-co meeting with all stakeholders and walk through the project status. SLA reporting is through the Service now.
• Worked on the test scripts and also did the application testing after the successful migration of the data. Involved in the API testing using the postman tool for send email routine for the applications developed in the Azure cloud platform.

Emergent Holdings Inc. (EHI):

• Streamlined power BI SLA dashboards and monthly management reports for Service Level Agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) metrics.
• Developed Dashboards and Data plane reports using JIRA tool to deliver insightful information to Sr. Management on Lead time, cycle time, Throughput, and open VS Closed tickets.

NOKIA EOSL Project:

• Attended EOSL workshop for a week with NOKIA client team and HCL team. During the workshop we prepared and presented the .NET application conversion remediation approach.
• Worked on remediation solution document for one of the .NET application upgrades.

GEICO Insurance Policy Conversion System:

• Worked on the enhancement and Incident resolution for the policy conversion system. We followed Agile development methodology.
• Involved in the project operational and management tasks as given below.
• Approve Time sheet, leave, LWP and weekend allowance. Assign resources to shift in shift management portal and approve their shift allowance. Handled GEICO Open .net positions by obtaining JD Description as needed, follow up for profiles and verify for requirement match, interview panel arrangement and check on Feedback. DEX (Delivery Excellence) excel Report data sharing to QA team monthly basis. PCI Audit project selection with QA in the PCI portal. ACSAT Survey for selected project to get the customer Feedback in the ACSAT portal. For new Trainings, cross skilling of resources and create the request in the internal training tool.
• Monthly Senior Management report PPT preparation, Meeting scheduling and discussion with Senior Management and action items tracking. Review and support the management tasks along with PMO namely, IFC Audit, SOW and CR creation, PP Report analysis, PIP report updates and Seat assignment.
• Worked as a test lead for the .net policy conversion applications in Azure cloud platform.
