  • Saved upward of $500 by capitalizing on features of SOLIDWORKS and designing custom shaft for Emrax 228 motor by integrating motor sprocket and motor shaft into one piece to eliminate splines
  • Produced serviceable components by conducting finite element analysis on several structural supports (manifold) using h-Adaptive curvature meshing to determine stresses and deformation with applied load of up to 5N using ANSYS workbench
  • Reduced excess weight and made vehicle light weight by implementing topology analysis during FEA to remove unwanted mass from structural parts such as Drexler differential sprockets, support and drive side brackets etc
  • Actively used waterjet, welding, lathing, rapid prototyping, and mill work to support manufacturing of car
