Managed a maintenance team of 3 amazing technicians. In charge of scheduling Turns, WOs, budgeting maintenance supplies, working with vendors to maintain high quality end results for the community. Made sure outdoor pool and indoor spa chemicals were in balance at all times. Successfully trained a tech to get both CAMT and CPO to grow more in the company. Always kept WOs down to none by noon everyday, while completing turns within 1-3 days (Vendor cleaning included).

• Quality control on Vendors after cleaning, resurfacing, carpet replacement, etc.
• Worked on both Indoor and Outdoor pool as well as the indoor spa to meet safety standards for everyday use for residents.
• Kept the shop organized during down time as well as keeping a checklist of supplies needed in the shop.
• Helped teach the 2 techs on how to repair appliances and do electrical work when needed.
• Thanks to SPR education program, got my CAMT and CPO for free while working at this location.

Worked as a sole Maintenance Supervisor in a 101 apartment unit Community in Juanita Bay. Scheduled and turned units, did work orders, cleaned all parts of the building in the morning. It was a fairly new building with a high retention rate. Not too much had to be done, so one Supervisor alone was enough to do it all.

Worked as Independent Contractor on various projects such as siding replacement, kitchen remodeling, interior and exterior painting. Mostly subcontracting jobs with recurring clients and their colleagues.

Worked as a sales associate in Flooring, Plumbing, and Appliance departments.
