Preston Lee

I created and ran the Speech and Debate team for Irvine High School. I managed the social media accounts, taught myself how to develop my club and contributed to organizing competitions. I student-coached my team and led us to many regional victories.

I participated in my school's mock trial team, being a back-up in my freshman year then on the competitive team for both my sophomore and junior years (planning to contribute in my senior year).

I've joined multiple protests and participated in the Irvine High School walkout against ICE. I work on social media to advocate for those in need and use my voice to help protect American Democracy.

I helped create posts for the Mind4Youth Marketing Accounts on social media, promoting the nonprofit in order to help children find mental health assistance.

I play in a high school band called "Intercalms." I play the bass and have an upcoming performance sponsored by Irvine High on May 12.

Embraced Korean origins and culture by being secretary of the KONNECT club. KONNECT strives to show people the beauty of Korean pop culture and I worked as a secretary to jot down transcripts of meetings, keep the club running, and bring awareness to the group.
