• Gather the needed claimant and insurance information to move a file closer to/push to subrogation. This consists of leveraging verbal communication with participants involved in the loss, as well as using search tools such as but not limited to Accurint, ISO, online vehicle search databases.
• Regularily work subro defers audit list to ensure all files within express with subrogation potential are not overlooked.

• Within Express was a member of the Shared Economy team from 2018 to 2019

As part of the then newly established Shared Economy team assisted in pilot of Allstate offering policies, and covering losses for a growing number of ride share services beginning with Uber. This consisted of filing claims, and claims handling for auto losses involving rideshare vehicles.

• Ensure safe transportation of special needs students to and from school
• Ensure that special equipment such as wheelchairs and harnesses be secured for the safety of the students and other bus occupants
• Assist bus driver in maintaining controlled and safe behavior on the bus
• Answer telephones at the office in between bus runs and address parents concerns
