Summary

Although previously employed as a Quality Assurance Mgr, I chose to to begin my Comcast career with an entry level position in Outbound Telesales to introduce me to the company culture, and aid me in adapting to a larger company.


20 years of varied experience in the telesales industry ranging from sales to Retention and Quality Assurance has been a key factor in maintaining Outstanding scores in all metrics and frequent recognition in the Elite program. In addition, adaptability and familiarity with a wide variety of computer applications enables me to lend assistance with various application and order entry issues for teammates and leadership on a daily basis.


I'm frequently recognized by leadership for my excellent rapport with customers, and my ability to discover and meet customer needs.
