• Enforced multiple security controls both physical and logical on Pace-owned machines
• Enforced configuration management and base-lining by deploying secure operating system images
• Troubleshot issues pertaining to network mis-configurations, hardware and software on both faculty and student machines
• Ensured availability of resources by regularly servicing Pace-owned machines through SCCM, university replacements and installing software for faculty usage

Was in charge of physical aspects of network maintenance, pushing custom images through network. Maintaining simple security aspects of the server such as setting up MAC address filtering system.
