As a dedicated hospitality professional, I gained invaluable experience during my internships at Conrad Algarve and the Eliot Hotel Boston. While managing breakfast service and overseeing guest rooms, I successfully implemented new procedures that enhanced both guest experiences and operational efficiency. My time there sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my problem-solving abilities, and fostered strong collaborative skills with both guests and colleagues.
After completing my internship in Boston, I returned to Les Roches Marbella to finish my last two semesters and earned a bachelor's degree in Global Hospitality Management. Following graduation, I completed a one-year contract as Assistant F&B Manager at the 5-star Langham Hotel Boston. There, I managed two restaurants—Grana (breakfast/lunch) and The FED (dinner/bar)—along with room service. During my tenure, I mastered my skills in managing large teams, became proficient in various software systems, handled payroll, performed quality control, and ensured strict adherence to Forbes 5-star standards. Under my leadership, both restaurants received OpenTable awards as top destinations, The FED bar ranked 4th among the "Best Hotel Bars in the US" for 2024, and the hotel was awarded two Michelin keys and named Condé Nast Traveler’s 2024 Number 1 Hotel in Boston.
