As a resilient individual in the workforce for over 40 years, being in different roles, industries, and cultures offered me an expansive vision to accommodate and better analyze scenarios, motivating others to achieve their best; with roles involving planning, directing, and overseeing the design and construction of facilities, systems, and structures. Strategic leading style with a shared opinion manner; with an MBA with a specialism in Organizational Development and a Certified Business Analyst allows me to build relationships with Owners and all associated personnel.
