I completed a summer research internship under Dr. Biplab Bhattacharjee, Indian Institute of Management, Shillong. We conducted a study using Text Mining and Natural Language Processing to examine the digital transformation of unorganized micro-businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of this internship, I visited 500 small retail businesses in my city and collected data from their responses. As a result of our research, we discovered that digital transformation has been crucial to the survival of micro-businesses and their revenue growth throughout the pandemic. Under Dr. Salman Ali, Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, India I continued my study in the same area.
