Student Mentor for the Construction Management Capstone Project. Guide and support the students as they develop their team's project proposal and present at the NAHB Custom/Small Build Student Competition in Las Vegas. The Competition challenges students to identify an opportunity for a small home builder to build homes and produce a return on investment in a given market, simulating a scenario like what a small custom home builder would do.
