• The man task of the Offal Boxer was to load on pallets in a cooler different types of products.
• the offal boxer has to make sure the box weighted matched the label who is in the policy guidelines for each type of product.
• After a month, I came with the idea that we can sell the extra weight at the end of the shift to the employees instead of shipping them to the edible department to be destroyed. this policy is still in place till today.
• It required self-discipline and a good organizational skill. After 3 mixing products in a same pallet leads to a firing state.

• The team has to clean the Fabrication-Processing Beef Department and the timer was really short.

• I have learned how to " validate " a CIP using the 4x4 formula and this help me better understand how the CIPs really work.

Most of my free time, I am with a Neptune partner to learn something new who can help grow my knowledge it the sanitation field.
