    diligently reviewed numerous files when additional documents are received via DLAP and Dynamics 365, ensuring their appropriate placement within the Salesforce.
  • I have undergone training and gained a comprehensive understanding of Manual Summary Declines. Consequently, I have processed numerous Manual Summary Declines, thereby enabling applicants to progress to FEMA.
  • By apprising applicants of the possibility of Re-evaluations, which could enhance their eligibility for the SBA loan, I have augmented the likelihood of their applications being approved.
  • Throughout this process, I have provided assistance to multiple applicants by ensuring that they possess the requisite qualifications and imparting my knowledge of adding co-applicants to enhance their chances of success in obtaining assistance.
  • Been responsible for evaluating significant documents submitted by applicants for their Disaster Assistance Loans, including the mandatory 4506C form. By obtaining and examining this form, I am able to request applicant tax transcripts from the IRS. This is needed to verify the applicant's ability to finance a loan; thorough examination of their complete Federal Income Tax Returns. This evaluation process enables me to make informed decisions
    regarding the acceptance or rejection of these forms. Through the examination of the Federal Income Tax Returns of both individuals and businesses, I am also able to ascertain the existence of any associated entities.
  • As a member of the Production Support Team (PST), my primary responsibility is to diligently monitor the PST inbox for any critical information that requires recording, saving, and routing to the appropriate destinations, monitoring the department staff workload and assigning work as needed.
  • On a daily basis, I ensure that I complete my PST tasks
    with utmost diligence, which include keeping track of attendance, checking for emails pertaining to late arrivals, call-outs, early departures, or any last-minute changes to co-workers' schedules.
