I am currently a Performance Support Specialist for KARLS STORZ Endoscopy - America. In my position, I perform remote troubleshooting with bio-med and nursing staff. If the issue is not resolved over the phone, i will then schedule an onsite service event. I handle the scheduling of the service calls pertaining to my region (Los Angeles, Northern Orange County, Inland Empire and Imperial County).
