Summary

Managed many professional kitchens in both charitable and commercial applications. This included event planning and management for Hotel Avandaro and their catering company, Magnolia.

Achieved head cook in Carola Restaurant in Valle de Bravo for two years, planning and executing an ever changing and seasonal menu.

Since 2008 have regularly volunteered in the Siddha Yoga ashram in South Fallsburg, NY. in a huge kitchen serving hundreds several times daily and often served in their Mexico center as well.

Also volunteered at Punta Mona working in the kitchens in Costa Rica for a month.

Developed and managed the Mercado el 100 cafeteria for more than a year serving a variety of dishes inspired by what the local organic farmers were selling at the market.
