Performing preventative maintenance, including inspections, lubrication, and fluid changes; diagnosing and repairing malfunctions using CAT SIS and CAT ET on a wide range of equipment, including 35 12B diesel engines, TH55 CAT transmissions, gasoline engines, and other components. The job does require me to travel to and from locations, on call 24/7, working in various shifts and traveling to different equipment sites. As I am the lead mechanic for the pump-down division. Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems. Ordering and installing necessary repair parts, ensuring equipment is properly maintained, maintaining accurate repairs and maintenance, and completing required paperwork. Ensuring worker safety by inspecting equipment before, during, and after use in the pump-down system, and adhering to safety procedures.

• Assisting in the company, while in the company shop, removing and replacing faulty parts in all equipment, removing engines, transmissions, power ends, and fluid ends.
• Once the job was completed, all equipment was tested and working up to standards.

• As an Employee with REPCON i was boil maker meaning we would remove flanges, valves, end blinds, Slip blinds, bull rigging meaning other employees and i would rig equipment or selves to get it out an other job task that were giving to us on a daily bases.
• All PPE was inspected before ever use and used properly.
• Scaffoleds, JSAs, Hot wok permits, Confined space permits, Where properly filled out an overlooked by safety be fore any work was to begin.

• Walk down punch list with operations while at FORMOSA PLASTICS.
• As a boil maker for tun2 we would remove valves, hydro test spools, climb updated scaffolds while 100% tied off at al times, cut and prep pipe for the pipe fitters.
• House keeping and safety was always a big role in any job we did.
• Filling out proper JSAs/permits where carefully filled out as safety would go over them be for any work was done.
• Using proper barricade tape was always used if there was any over head or hot work going on.
