Greet guests, arrange settings by clothing tables and setting decorations, napkins, service plates and utensils. Maintain cleanliness, transmit orders to bar and kitchen, serve drinks and food delivering accompaniments and condiments, maintain table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling drinks and being alert to any spills or other special needs.

Resolve costumer issues and answer questions, accurately ring purchases/returns, collect payments by accepting cash, check or debit/credit cards, promote credit and loyalty programs during costumer interactions, process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards, maintain all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards of the store.

Ensure quality and freshness of products, assist with food preparation process by cutting, chopping, slicing, and washing vegetables, meats and other ingredients. Follow all food health and safety requirements, clean and sanitize workstations, communicate kitchen needs to supervisors.
