• Set up S4 Hannah for the Order Services and Downstream domains. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to make sure that new modules cover and improve the legacy system capabilities.
• New Plant start up - Collaborating on the migration of production lines from different locations of the US to the new manufacturing facility in Mt Juliet.

• Drive Master Production Planning for the manufacturing site by reviewing Sales Forecast, Order Entry rate and Demonstrated Production Capacity vs Manufacturing Capacity.
• Present Supply Plan to Business Executives. Collaborate with SIOP director, Demand and Supply Planners to make adjustments if needed depending on Orders Forecast.
• Collaborate with Upstream Planning on Vendor Forecast creation and analysis.
• Work on ramp-up and recovery plans by collaborating with plant Support Functions, track progress and report to Plant Manager and SIOP team members.
• Follow up on KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Production Efficiency, Invoicing goal, Clear to build %.
• Drive continuous improvement in the planning processes and production execution. Lead the downstream and Order Services team in accordance to the business strategy.
• Work closely with project managers to review priorities and project escalations.

Accomplishments

• Participated in the development and enhancement of the Symmetry Planning tool and Clear to build by providing feedback to the developers of the features that the end users need. Clear to build report, loading charts based on projects in quoting stage and firm orders.

• Responsible of monitoring Inventory levels of four distribution centers for specific product family and reviewing replenishment strategies to adjust if needed.
• Fulfill customer orders directly from plant or distribution centers.
• Schedule production plan based on customer requirements, line and material capacity. Balance line accordingly to improve efficiency.
• Review components availability, detect top offenders, collaborate with different areas among the organization to find alternative parts, create deviations, or propose a possible solution to avoid production line down or shipment delays.

• Quote, Order entry and price revision by communicating with customer and Sales Representatives on a daily basis. Coordinate Production Scheduling and Shipping of orders based on customer needs. Invoiced sales forecast analysis. Fiscal invoicing and down payments follow-up.

• MRP Analysis. Communication to suppliers on firm orders and forecast. React to peaks on demand and work on expediting material if required.

• KPI and Delivery fulfillment. OEM, Intercompany and aftermarket orders follow-up and forecast review.

• PPAP validation. Development of new suppliers and materials for launching new products to market. Provide support during audits.
