  • Perform a wide variety of administrative duties and support for MDO, MA, and Logistics departments, including functional areas of finance, human resources, security, and purchasing.

  • Makes and/or assists with arrangements for travel, meetings, tours, conferences, seminars, etc., including scheduling rooms, planning, and ordering refreshments, and arranging for equipment.
  • Responsible and point of contact for employees, programs, and suppliers regarding billing issues, A/P-POs, meetings, visitors, scheduling of supplies, maintenance of equipment and parts for work being performed onsite at the MDO and other departments/programs, to include, for example, uniforms, smocks, service for shops for propane, forklifts, and recyclable service.
  • Point of contact for employees in support of process aspects of travel, such as domestic or international, efficiently and accurately, with airfare, workshops, trainings, new/renewal of memberships, and mileage reports in a timely submission to meet Concur and AmEx press travel arrangements and deadlines.
