I assisted the registered nurse with maternal and fetal assessments, including vital signs and fetal heart rates. I participated in postpartum care by assessing incision sites, lochia, and uterine tones. I also got to assess a newborn's moro and rooting reflex.

I performed focused assessments, monitored vital signs, and assisted with managing symptoms such as pain, nausea, and fatigue related to chemotherapy treatment. I administered medications under supervision, reinforced education on treatment plans, side effect management, and infection prevention.

Supported nursing staff by performing routine tasks such as taking vitals, administering medications, and documenting patient information. Observed and reported changes in patients' conditions. Inserted and removed foley catheters under RN supervision and provided wound care with RN direction.
