As an Education Model Support Specialist at Head Start. I provide technical assistance, conduct training, onboard teachers, mentor leaders, and implement practical teaching approaches. I'm also developing an internship program with State Career Pathways to produce skilled childhood educators who positively impact young children's growth and development.

As the Curriculum Coordinator, I collaborated closely with the education team to create a thorough program tailored to the unique developmental requirements of our preschoolers. Guided by the Creative Curriculum, the Early Learning Foundation, and NACECY standards for young children, our curriculum aimed to offer comprehensive assistance, prioritizing their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Our primary goal was to equip them with the vital skills necessary for a seamless transition to kindergarten.

As a test examiner, I was entrusted with the responsibility of administering a 10-hour test, scoring student results, grading their dissertations, and authorizing candidates to take the GED test. Through diligent effort and meticulous attention to detail, I achieved an impressive 95% student pass rate. The foundation of my approach was my unwavering commitment to ensuring the accuracy and validity of the testing process. By adopting a rigorous methodology and applying my expertise, I delivered results that exceeded expectations.

As the director of a lab school, I was responsible for creating operational protocols, overseeing scheduling, and assessing the practicums of student teachers. Throughout each year, I instructed 41 student teachers, guiding them to implement high-quality childcare standards based on developmentally appropriate practices. I also managed the administrative responsibilities of running a childcare business. Additionally, I conducted site visits to evaluate the performance of student internships at business partners' locations. I collaborated with community organizations to establish resources and enrichment opportunities for students and families.

As the student intake coordinator, I successfully restructured the enrollment process, which led to a significant 35% increase in revenue. This notable achievement allowed us to expand our faculty and enhance graduation rates.
