Also helped facilitate ordering of product, charge development, and coordination of aquapheresis protocol for entry into epic. Coordinated construction in CICU to incorporate a doorway into back of IMCU bed so that it can be absorbed into CICU. Half wall removed to increase visibility into 2nd IMCU bed that will become CICU bed. Helped write proposal for increasing staff to accommodate increase in beds.

    ● Patient & Family Experience Redesign- Team 2: Ed/Training Meeting: developed the competency tool, and guidelines for orientation / Deloitte recommendations.

    ● Unit Manager Design Session IT Project

    ● Floor Renovation Project 4K, 4RP, VICU, 5K, 5RP, 6K, 6RP, BTU/NICU – set up 5A for relocation of patients for all areas of renovation. Completed all floor projects initially proposed. Added to the project to include office space and non-patient care areas

    ● Cupron Project – initiation and daily follow up on compliance. This was a year-long study that had IRB approval. Working in conjunction with Cupron and PI team from EVMS.
