Manufacturing:

• Managed a staff of 2-3 employees
• Financial support to Plant Operations worked with all levels of plant personnel and management.
• Managed Corporate Plan and Updates, standard setting for the plant, consolidation, and review of financial packages.
• Provided financial analysis and guidance for new customers and products: Third Party Manufacturing and Abbott.
• Responsible for all aspects of inventory, PPV, spare parts, fixed assets, and Line of Sight Dashboard.
• Led the SAP implementation presented at steering committee meetings, training, and product cost.

International Marketing:

• Supported specialty pharma GMs and their franchises (Humira, Kaletra, Synagis, Lupron), as well as marketing operations.
• Managed the plan and update process; worked across many different groups to help re-engineer data collection and presentation of the Long-Range Planning Process.
• Provided ad-hoc deal/divestiture analysis for the Business Development Group
• Developed a P&L Analysis for an affiliate trying to renegotiate an agreement with an external company
• Developed budget tracking system to help Marketing Managers better understand their financials

• US Commercial:
• Managed a staff of 2-3 employees
• Established, maintained, and analyzed the plan and update for U.S. Commercial Sales and Service, Customer Training and Integration, and Customer Service Operations.
• Provided ad hoc analysis, including sales and margin analysis, incentive support, deal analysis, and general financial support.
• Prepared and reviewed the monthly reporting package for management.
• Participated in a team to develop standards for the replacement system for the Worldwide Call Management System.
• Participated in a complete reorganization of the ADD US Commercial Organization.
