Provided pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care to patients undergoing general and regional anesthesia.

Independent 1099 staff CRNA doing OB/GYN, urology, general surgery, ortho, healthy pediatrics and limited cardiology. Credentialed at Kona Community Hospital and Kona Ambulatory Surgery Center. However I am primarily at the ASC acting as chief CRNA of this facility. Doing many ultrasound guided blocks including upper and lower extemity blocks and some trunk blocks. Also doing PRN coverage at Big Island Endocopy Center in Kamuela, HI.

Supervised CRNA. Cases: ortho, general, GYN, GI, robotics.

Supervised CRNA. Cases: general, ortho, GYN, GI, podiatry and healthy pediatrics.

Supervised CRNA in busy anesthesia practice. Healthy peds, OB/GYN, general surgery, vascular, neuro, EENT, urology, ortho, plastics, robotics, cath lab and outside OR procedures.

Independent practice at hospital and outpatient surgery center. General surgery, ortho, urology, healthy pediatrics, OB/GYN, trauma Level 2 and limited thoracic cases.

Also did coverage on Oahu at Castle Medical Center 3/2008 -3/2009.

Also did PRN coverage at North Hawaii Community Hospital and Big Island Endoscopy Center.

Supervised CRNA. Busy autonomous practice doing everything except Level 1 trauma, transplants and hearts (averaging 200+ cases / week).

Also did PRN coverage for 2 plastic surgeons in their offices: Dr Barry Miller in Kailua and Dr Dennis Watkins in Kaneohe.

Full time RN in Conorary Care Unit. Obtained CCRN status with experience in TPA, Cardiac Cath Lab, Open Heart Unit.
