  • OCI University GM Orientation Program: Created and implemented an orientation program bringing our new General Managers to the corporate office immersing them in our culture while covering a range of topics such as payroll, risk management, monthly reporting, sales, revenue management and more.
  • OCI Hospitality Internship Program: Created an internship program at both the property and corporate level to build bench strength across the portfolio, along with creating an engaging booth presence and attending recruiting events at Universities.
  • OCI Hospitality ARTwork Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program: Researched and presented the findings of the benefits of a peer-to-peer recognition program to ownership and property GM's. Created a program that aligned with the company's quarterly purpose and value training.
  • Bi-Annual Team Member Engagement Survey: Partnered with HR to research and build a bi-annual team member engagement survey. Built communication pieces to reach team members and encourage participation. Analyzed results, sharing with hotel leadership teams to build on areas of opportunity and celebrate areas of success.
