Volunteer Experience

  • Local Group Lead: Moms Demand Action. Started Local Chapter in Arlington, MA. Write all marketing materials for chapter, coordinate meetings and other events, advertise our work and recruit new volunteers, and work with other Moms Demand Action volunteers on the state and national level to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • PTO Communications Coordinator: Bishop Elementary School and Gibbs/Ottoson Middle Schools. Write weekly newsletter that is distributed to the families and caregivers of 400+ students, manage all communications via social media, and work with community partners to deliver timely announcements.
  • Arlington Children’s Theater: Write biographies for 50+ actors for display during show runs.
