• Managing Gallery Staff, 1 Sales Associate, 2 Sales Assistants and 1 intern.
• Responsible for managing guest artists (29) and new art coming into the gallery.
• Inventory.
• Reconciling invoices.
• Running multiple reports (end of day invoices, sales reports, sales stats, year end reports and individual guest artist reports, event reports, and product reports).
• I also act as the floor sales person 3 days a week.
• Planning, organizing and executing events (12 or more per year).

• Supervising of front desk staff as well as therapist providers.
• Scheduling shift changes and taking care of last minute shift needs within the spa.
• Inventory.
• End of day invoice reconciliation.
• General upkeep of the spa during the day and end of day.
• Training new front desk staff.

In this position I assist seniors and their families, guiding them as they learn more about what The Terraces has to offer and what sets us high above the competition. Well versed in many different CCRC's, I can confidently help them through this difficult and often emotional decision. The Terraces of Phoenix offers their Residents resort style living as well as successful aging in place. In this role I was providing seniors with Life Care solutions for Independent Living. This position required me to assist in keeping our occupancy within our community's goal. I was responsible for generating my own sales through phone calls, appointments and tours, and events hosted onsite. I was very passionate about this position, it was fulfilling as well as challenging.

• Giving Luncheon/Event Presentations to prospective Residents.
• Assistance with Sun Health Promotional Events as needed.
• Outbound calls to generate new leads.
