  • Duties listed below were some permanent and some as needed.
  • Started here in the accounting department, while waiting on opening in the operations department.
  • Reviewing and correcting sales quotes and entering them into the AccPac system we used at that time.
  • Helped account receivable entering payments and creating invoices as needed.
  • Received inventory into the system and adjusted pricing as needed to complete purchase orders and add to inventory.
  • Helped with inventory compilation.
  • Lift-Master Co-op.
  • Lift-Master RGA/returns, follow through to be sure material has been received.
  • Helped answer phones.
  • Shortly moved into operations. Responsible for scheduling of all Residential installation, and service. Confirmation of jobs the day prior, as well as addressing payments to be sure they were paid according to the customer terms.
  • Responsible for confirmation of all Residential techs time reporting, including changing time as needed in the payroll system.
  • Permit processing. Scheduling inspections. Dealing with permitting entities and inspectors as needed to address issues if they arise.
  • Creating purchase orders to order material when needed, and follow through with order.
  • Customer service escalation for Residential.
  • Training of fellow employees as needed. Helping anyone that needs help in any department.
  • Communicating directly with homeowners and Contractors to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • I have previously worked on commercial jobs after hours, weekends, and emergency service as needed. This included installation and service.
  • Took emergency service calls and dispatched to the on-call technician.
  • Involved in hiring process after being announced in February 2018 safety meeting as the Residential Manager in operations.
  • Writing up memos as needed to inform the Residential technicians of issues, etc.
  • Writing up technicians reprimands if needed.
  • Help Residential technicians in the field if needed to accomplish jobs on schedule.
  • Communicate with customers.
  • Processing damage on jobs for returns to factory and sending to the pertinent people including the sales person, and warehouse staff. This also includes filing photos in the online folder for each job, and following through until material has been received and scheduling replacement at that time.
