Learning and Development

• Designed and facilitated on-boarding and orientation of incoming faculty and school leadership. Trained and mentored, on average, 2 new school leaders and 10+ coaches or subject matter experts each year.
• Effectively implemented best practices and adult learning principles to create PD strategy, timeline, budget, and learning objectives and deliver high-quality, high-impact learning programs to variety of roles from C-suite to staff.
• Planned and scaled enterprise-wide annual academy with 90% participation rate, serving ~300 employees across multiple teams and content areas. Academy recognized by CCSSO as a promising practice.
• Designed and facilitated mentoring program, including formal training for mentors, timeline of activities and expectations, and role specific performance rubrics aligned to supervision objectives. Mentor program supports, on average, 30+ new teachers each year.

Program Management

• Program management of grants worth over $8M, including federal, state, and competitive grants. Fiscal responsibilities include needs assessment, budgeting, procurement, and controls.
• Hired 10 interventionists and designed intervention program to accelerate learning and respond to impacts of COVID-19 on student achievement.
• Delivered top-quality technical documentation, timelines, manuals, and tools to support individuals and teams in mentoring, instructional coaching, and intervention programs meet goals and objectives.
