• Supported my operators in any way needed

troubleshooting machines and teaching new operators adjustments to better run equipment. As night shift doesn't have many seasoned operators.

• I was responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of my people and my line.
• I would also help out on any other lines as needed and support the other leads as well in any way I could.
• As a night shift lead, at the time, we did not have a quality or safety team member available to us, so we had to make decisions to the best of our training, knowledge and ability.
