Training consistently has instilled in me a strong sense of perseverance and commitment, qualities that are essential for any professional environment. Additionally, the diverse events in track and field have taught me to adapt quickly, analyze situations effectively, and devise practical solutions under pressure. These skills seamlessly translate into the workplace, enabling me to tackle challenges with a proactive and resilient approach.

Going to state for track and field both junior and senior year

Doing track and felid really changed my mental state, through hard workouts, ups and the downs, i t really shaped me into who i really am today.
