Automated various jobs for payroll, supply chain, and finance systems by using email adapters and service now integrated with the TIDAL batch monitoring system, Which reduced manual effort by more than 200 hours. These batch processes are then processed daily by using Excel pivots which achieved 20% time reduction and 10% more accuracy.
