• Assist in coordination of current state ERP documentation, leveraging information gathered from SAP reports and other technologies assessing larger ERP landscape.
• Develop and manage comprehensive technical and application roadmaps for SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
• Plan, manage, and execute SAP system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Conduct impact assessments for SAP upgrades, identifying potential risks and devising mitigation strategies.

• Manage full development lifecycle of SAP projects, from idea and planning through execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Ensure that SAP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on reliability, Scalability, security and performance.

• Translates business requirements into user stories and Functional Requirement Specifications in accordance with approved IT Architecture.

• Support Delivery Manager & IT BP during the planning phase in evaluating the solution feasibility, solution design and high-level estimation

• Develop and provides required user training for implemented application.
• Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on requirements.
• Understand how IT solution supports Business Process E2E. Has process and IT landscape expertise on Sector level, BG, Markets or Functions.
• Responsible to promote out of box functionality to BPE and Business community.
• Develop user stories/ wireframes (both functional and system operational requirements), maintain product backlog and work with client on elaboration and ambiguity resolution.

• Serve as global, technical system owner and administrator for SAP; develop architectural diagrams, system specifications, test scripts, assessments, standard procedures, and additional required computer systems validation and change management documents.
• Work with business partners to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support.
• Lead and guide business and technical teams throughout entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices, standards, and methodologies for SAP architecture and implementation.

• Implement solutions to integrate with clients existing SAP solution and other disparate systems and data sources.
