Volunteered for Homenetmen Harsh Athletics. Coached Armenian children, ages 8-12, with various mental or physical impairments. Held weekly one-on-one practices in soccer, basketball, and track and field. Supported and accompanied athletes to an annual sports tournament.

Coached a U14 boys soccer team as well as U16 Track and Field.

Founded a music therapy organization. Music to Your Ears promotes music appreciation to the young and old alike through concerts and performances. Restored music programs in many adult care facilities, such as Ararat Home and the Braille Institute, after the pandemic halted such concerts.

Conducted research on Arizona’s multi-unit housing. Researched and compiled data on 300+ apartment complexes to solicit new business for Dune. Made recommendations based on my findings, and to this day, the spreadsheet is used by Dune to expand and grow its business in Arizona.

Reported directly to the Mayor of Glendale at the time, Ardashes Kassakhian. Conducted demographic research on 1000+ municipal government officials in California to assemble a directory of those of Armenian descent. Findings were used to create an Armenian network at the League of California Cities Annual Conference in Fall 2022.

Developed original templates for Lemonette Instagram posts, managed the Instagram account, and designed monthly newsletters and sell sheets for the growing company.

Created a database of 250+ independent stores in California. Lemonette expanded to 80% of the stores compiled in the database.

Singlehandedly operated an international eSports business with 2,500+ members in one of the largest mobile games in the world, Brawl Stars. Earned a weekly $1000 sponsorship (for over 25 weeks) and used it exclusively for tournament prizes. Synergistic ranked in the top 100 in the world, top 50 in the U.S., and top 10 in the U.K. and India.
