Communicate updates regarding changes in corporate policies or procedures down through store level employees Develop and implement district-wide sales strategies to increase revenue and market share Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulations Conduct Cash and Inventory Audits Conduct safety and compliance checks Evaluate sites and implement anti-high shrink measures Conduct P&L reviews and make adjustments as necessary Work closely with our DSD vendor partners Manage all personnel matters within the district including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, disciplinary actions Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer service satisfaction Monitor local market conditions to determine competitive trends and adjust strategies accordingly Ensure that all stores met their monthly targets by providing guidance and support as needed.
