Manage a team of eight programmers and data analysts to support project implementation and operations for the district's IT applications, which include Infinite Campus, SQL Server, SSRS, Tableau, Tyler, Traversa, Mosaic, and custom developed programs. Managed district-wide projects such as:

• IEP summaries that are visible to teachers so that they can customize instruction for their special needs students
• SPED custom forms translated into multiple languages
• Accelerated Placement that recommends more challenging coursework to students through a complex algorithm, emails families to request confirmation, and provides staff with visualizations and reports for managing student caseloads
• New report cards that are translated into 50+ languages and include attendance and graduation status in addition to in-progress grades
• Mastery Manager assessments compliance, student performance, and staff performance visualizations
• Multiple iterations of District Goals visualizations reporting on student involvement, academic growth, college and career readiness, graduation on-track status, and wellness
• Various other visualizations and reports for ISBE Consistent Attendance and Student Attendance, ESSA chronic absenteeism, EL PtP, ELA Math/Science, Freshmen on Track, Infinite Campus Public Store, Harper Promise, ACT Suite, ISBE reporting
• Interfaces for various vendors including Ellevation, Relay, Mosaic, Panorama, Follett, Maia Learning

• Managed development of enhancements and new versions to internal applications for AD/Google account management, incoming freshmen placement and elective selection, teacher course assignment emails, athletic eligibility, summer school registration
• Migrated Infinite Campus from in-house to cloud servers, which included review, revision, and redeployment of roughly 400 reports querying production data, stored procedures, and applications
