Locker Leader duties included plotting and communicating to fire party damage scenario, class of fire, and attack procedures. Keeping Chief Engineering Officer apprised of progress of fire control and extent of damage. Dispatched necessary number of fire fighters and equipment for overhaul, and gas, toxin, and explosive testing.

Scene Leader duties included determining composition of fire party and responsibility of each fire fighter prior to entering fire space. Determined when to send fire party into space and ordered release of any fixed fire extinguishing agents. Ordered evacuation and accounted for safety of fire party.
