This position was short-term, but it was a good experience. My responsibilities included cleaning the exterior and interior of vehicles, vacuuming, and inspecting vehicles for scratches and dents. I also dried vehicles off after washing, using microfiber towels, and inspected vehicles to verify they were pristine before giving them to the customer. I also vacuumed the interiors, cleaned the windows, and dusted the dashboards for a complete clean.

• As an assembler, my responsibilities included assembling LED lights and shipping them out to our customers. My other duties included assembling parts and sub-assemblies using blueprints and assembly instructions. Finally, I recommended energy-efficient features, like low-flow toilets and LED lighting, to clients.

• In many ways, industrial tool sales can be a challenging profession. But, the rewards can outweigh the challenges. One of the most common challenges in this field is generating new leads. Fortunately, there are many resources for locating potential clients, including referrals from existing customers, or building relationships with current clients. Building strong relationships with customers is also good for expanding a business's client base, too.
