I look for the right size EMS bodysuit for the person to be able to work out comfortably and feel their muscles engaging. Once that is done I want the suit down and suit the person take them to work then explain the work out then change it depending on what they wanna work on. Once the work I was done I get to sit with them. Talk further about their goals the results of the inbody and what they’re trying to achieve and what will be best for them. Once we discuss all of that, I asked them what membership were they looking into and they will be able to provide me with a answer once all that is taken care of and they choose a plan I go ahead and generate the contract for them. Explain the contract and the content on it then I let them know where to sign then email the contract to them then I go to point of sell POS. Where they will pay for their first month and any additional merchandise they would like to purchase. I set up everything for them. Email them the receipts set up their welcome package with the gift and information about us then explain the rules and set up their next appointment as a personal trainer whenever there’s no trainer around I jump in and take care of the client, but my main focus is the front desk where I take care of the schedule paperwork and calls and copies I also help with social media creating next post and way to bring attention I help with all the events spreading the word about BODY20 what is done here I am bilingual. I get to speak Spanish often here. I make an average of calls. Between 55 to 100 a day with text messages included with every call for New leads and current members have to pay attention to detail and make sure I get everything notated on time so no mistakes are made keeping a detail record of everything making sure I am uploading documents into the computer and back filing them making sure I’m answering calls and text messages on time and emails keeping track of all the emails that are sent making sure that I keep everyone on schedule and don’t let anyone fall behind. If The coaches are running behind I begin suiting people up and doing what needs to be done for the next appointment to be ready I call members to remind them of their appointment if their is a billing issue I reach whenever the company is having a event. I make sure everything is set and running smoothly all the way from the set up to the cleaning I spent all day taking care of the event and things need to be taken care of all the events if we make raffles or guest list or take photos.
