I tend to be very friendly and approachable. I do very well in fast paced environments and thrive in guiding me and my peers through tough to handle situations. I am always looking for new ways to expand my work area and strive to help find a meeting point where both I and the guest will be very happily satisfied. I aspire to perfect my work as I understand how important it is to work hard for your goals and the satisfying feeling of knowing how much it has all payed out in the end.
As of now, the majority of my focus is in beauty where I stock shelves, clean up isles and make them look as presentable as possible, as well as helping guests find items that they are searching for. However, I am a floater and assist in whichever department I am needed in. This ranges from the front end, helping guests checkout, complete returns as well as pick up orders, all the way to even just helping do batches in fulfillment and packing guests orders plus more! I am always searching for new ways to simplify yet expand my knowledge and try to assist peers when needed. Another thing about me is I always feel the need to perfect my work environment and strive to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone involved.
Here I made sure guests were well taken care of by greeting them with a warm smile, making sure we had a clean and positive atmosphere as well as seating them and making sure that they knew they were well taken care of. I also made sure to help servers in any way I could by doing simple tasks such as rolling silverware, helping clean the windows, bathrooms and clearing/ prepping tables after the guest has left.
As a cashier here I made sure to always open and close the store properly, cleaning and dusting thoroughly so our merchandise would be presentable. I did numerous tasks here which involves checking out guests, grabbing any items that were needed, restock shelves, print copies and more.
At this location I was able to build relationship with recurring guests, welcoming them in and expand their taste by recommending items on our menu. I also made sure to clean all of my areas and tables. Something I always checking up on as well was make sure that we were fully stocked up on all of the items and look for more tasks to do during downtime. I would also serve the guests their meals and help the kitchen staff whenever needed.
