  • Support as the main point of contact for 78 sites within 50 countries with approximately 270 learning experts in, large roll out plans for training, new learning experts onboarding, process improvements and trainings to be developed.
  • Successful Project manager for the stage 2 onboarding project of Brazil, the United Kingdom, and Canada for the new LMS system. This included the planning, organizing, and monitoring of each phase of the onboarding. Despite the setbacks of a major global pandemic hitting at the beginning of the project, Brazil’s lead had to leave the country with less than 24hr notice because of the pandemic, I was able to adjust the plans as needed to keep the project on track, resulting in a successful outcome.
  • With the strong business relationship fostered, I was able to anticipate the business needs and proactively offer solutions.
  • Leadership skills for supporting the day to day team operations for our team located in Costa Rica do to outside the team leads hours.
  • Led the business groups during the transformation to the new learning system management Cornerstone from SAP, insuring that their needs would be met by traveling to Budapest Hungary for business readiness testing and then again for the 2 week go live support in 2019. This required problem-solving skills, Customer centricity, and a growth mindset
  • Collaborate with local learning experts and business partners on projects that support their business and identify deliverables to meet those goals
  • Project Manager for Tier 1 Transfer Process: EMEA/AMERICAS. The project team included participants from EMEA, LATM, and NAM. This Agile Project approach included two Sprints. I acted as the scrum master for both sprints. A communication plan, status report to stakeholders, strategy plan, and lessons learned were included in the project.
  • Key point of contact for high-level business stakeholders, analyzing their business needs and helping to form a plan to support those goals for their Area of Practice.
