• Responsibilities include performing complex merchant/consumer transactions including wire transfers as well as foreign currency exchange. Ordering/maintaining branch/ATM cash supply as well branch supplies via the P2P system. Primary ATM custodian performing weekly settlements of cash/check deposits also responsible for weekly cash replenishments. Mentoring and training new tellers.
• Learning about customer's financial needs, establishing trust and optimizing sales opportunities resulting in quality customer service. Educating customers on use of banking website and mobile apps.

• Responsible for accurately processing a wide range of over the counter teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cash advances and negotiable items such as cashier's checks & money orders in a timely manner while guaranteeing a high level of customer service. Recognizing cross-sell opportunities as well as promoting bank services and products. Maintaining confidentiality of bank records and client information and also adhering to Chase security and audit procedures.

Meeting and exceeding Clinique daily counter sales goals and standards through the Clinique consultation, listening well to uncover client needs, advising and teaching clients custom fit skin care & make-up application, also assisting counter manager to ensure merchandising and counter standards are met.
