Achieved timely product order fulfillment through effective inventory oversight. Prepared work orders to meet warehouse stock and specialty item needs for next-day delivery. Correctly processed inter-company transfers to maintain accurate inventory records.

Started at Hickmans as pm sanitation supervisor. Cleaning and sanitizing processing plant equipment used to process eggs as well as keep facility audit ready. In charge of a crew of about 13 employees. Was Safety trainer for pm sanitation also received forklift certification.

After 3 years as pm sanitation supervisor I moved to day shift as order runner. Ensuring all products needed to be made that day for deliveries was ran in correct carton sizes and correct pallet stacking size. Learned how to run robot packers and Palletizer robot and pulling pallets.

On weekends I would also do Quality assurance and make sure cooler temps were at the correct temp as well as trailers in the yard.

Worked with USDA to ensure good quality product was being processed.

Conducted daily safety meeting with team of about 20 people.

Safety trainer for processing day shift so I was in charge of training new employees and making sure they knew about PPE, SQF and what to do in case of emergency.
