  • I am also responsible for the Oxygen Tank Tickets, Same initial rules as confirming the CPAP supplies but for our Oxygen patients with additional detail such as location and adding their serial Numbers
  • Back up receptionist when the full time receptionist wasn't in the office
  • Which was usually 2 or 3 times every week
  • Welcomed walk in patients, answered up to 100 or 200 calls a day, transferred calls by a switchboard on the computer to the department they wanted.
