Accomplishments

  • I've been a part of 3 official startup locations. Two were retail and one was a warehouse (Radial).
  • For 3 years I was the only member of management running operations on my shift. I supervised anywhere from 30-325 associates over the course of that time period.
  • I successfully led a repack project for Walmart.com when the idea was new and was only being implemented at 3 warehouses across the country. The team I led produced the highest quantities with the most efficiency. We helped Walmart save a great deal of revenue. This project is still implemented to this day.
  • I successfully optimized the yard management system at Walmart.com to make it more efficient. My design is still used to this day.
  • I have worked with my peers to create process improvements and boost morale; taking the facility (Advance Auto Parts) from bottom ranking to number one in the region. This took just under 3 months to accomplish.
  • I have successfully ran all departments (Inbound, Outbound and Inventory Control) for multiple clients on shifts that I've run.
