I was able to present my evidences based thesis "An Integrative Review on The Effects of Maternity Leave Duration on Maternal Health and Infant Development During the Infancy Period" at the annual poster conference

I worked one on one with a nursing clinical instructor in the MICU at St. Joseph University Medical Center. In this program, I was allowed to follow and learn with a nurse for the entirety of their 12 hour shifts. The benefit of a DEU program allowed me to perform skills and medication administration more frequently than a regular clinical rotation. Additionally, learning in an ICU setting allowed me to be exposed to advance care.

Worked alongside Nurses to strengthen appropriate clinical skills for experience level. Hospitals that I have had Clinicals rotations included the following:

• Hackensack University Medical Center (Maternity rotation)
• St. Joseph University Medical Center (Medical Surgical & Emergency Department)
• Morristown Medical Center ( Pediatric ICU)
• Saint Clare's Dover Hospital (Medical Surgical)
• Saint Clare's Behavioral Health (Psychiatric)
