My current job position is processing and inspecting customer returns sent out back out to local businesses for Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack. I have recently took the role as also being a “Problem Solver” within my department and the role consists of finding any problems with customer’s returns such as, wrong items being sent to the customer and detecting customer fraud while filing a report back to the Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack stores with our feedback.
Providing excellent customer service to every customer in store or through phone while organizing and replenishing throughout the store.
Packing and handling online orders verifying accuracy and quality of merchandise received while ensuring all orders were being sent out in a timely manner to the customers.
My duties were to handle productivity with online orders and customer pick up orders. My duties were also to provide excellent customer service to customers shopping in store or helping a customer on the phone and being a cashier.
Preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule while performing inventory control.
My duties were inputting information onto our system and filing any new paperwork. I also operated machinery that would make plastic containers or lids.
Observing coworkers and documenting any potential at-risk behaviors while providing back feedback to coworkers and management to promote a safe workplace and prevent any work related incidents/injuries.
