- Health Education Specialist:
- Oversees that Health Education Specialists complete all monthly, quarterly and annual health education presentations.
- Ensures that Health Education Specialists support outreach efforts in the community when community outreach representatives request support.
- Ensures that staff is adequately trained to perform all duties in the community.
- Monitors that all staff is conducting themselves in the best interest of the health plan when participating in health presentations, showers, visits, community events, and any additional outreach efforts.
- Get Ready for Baby Program:
- Oversees and manages programmatic activities based on program goals, objectives, and strategies.
