I work out of a restaurant. Every morning week days I come in load the truck with food after helping prepare food then we drove 30 minutes to a technology fb project where the food truck is located I restock drinks, made salsa, set up tables outside, take tickets for orders, put condiments on food, call out the ticket numbers, sometimes cook orders and clean the whole truck daily. At first it was just weekends but then got a promotion to do the gut truck that goes out to fortlee. I stocked it daily with drinks and snacks also the food cooked from the cooks. Then go to fortlee where I had a morning and night route. I made on average $5,000 a day and weekly $30,000 or more for the company. I had a lot of responsibility !! The restaurant is under construction do to apartments being built on the top 2 floors so occasionally I sweep and clean after the builders. In the basement there building an after hour spot so Ive helped with light construction work tearing concrete out and removing dirt and gravel. I’ve done painting for the restaurant and also for the owners personal house. I've done inventory, organizing and cleaning the bars and storage hall.
